I. Double-layer insulation: German double-layer co-extrusion technology is adopted, with the primary insulation made of cross-linked polyethylene insulation, and the secondary insulation made of low-smoke halogen-free irradiated insulation material.
II. Double lifespan: Ordinary wires adopt PVC insulation, which generally has a lifespan of 15-25 years, while cross-linked polyethylene insulation plus secondary cross-linked polyethylene irradiated insulation material has a lifespan of around 70-100 years. (Property right certificate is generally valid for 70 years)
III. Double safety: Ordinary wires with PVC insulation start their aging at 15-25 years and their safety performance cannot be guaranteed, while Haiyue double-layer wires only start their aging at 70-100 years and have a lifespan 3-4 times longer.
IV. Environmental protection: Cross-linked polyethylene and low-smoke halogen-free materials have the characteristics of halogen-free, low-smoke. Such cables can prevent “secondary disasters” caused by smoke when they burn, so as to reduce casualties, and will not produce harmful gases. (This is recognized worldwide)
V. Waterproof and energy-saving: Ordinary wires adopt PVC insulation, which has filling materials and fine pores, will penetrate into the wires if left in a humid environment for a long time to leak electricity, and cause outage automatically on rainy days, but returns to normal in good weather. However, cross-linked polyethylene and low-smoke halogen-free materials have no filling materials, and thus there are no fine pores, making the waterproof performance particularly good. Even when placed in water, they can be used normally without leakage.
