Product characteristics:
1) The fire resistance can pass the three assessments specified in British BS6387: no breakdown under a fire of 950°C for 3 hours, 15 minutes of water spray (immersed in water) after 30 min at 650°C, and 15 minutes of impact vibration under a fire of 950°C without damage, meeting the assessment standards of BTTZ in terms of fire resistance.
2) For the product, 1-37 cores can be produced for specification of 1.5-6 mm², 1-5 cores can be produced for specification of 10-240 mm², and single core can be produced for specification of 300-630 mm². The continuous forming process of metal sheath used in the production of NGA (BTLY) mineral-insulated flexible (isolated) cables makes the cable length meet customer requirements, thus enabling the cable to be delivered as a whole without joints.
3) During the installation process, it can be laid as a whole without conduits, and has the same waterproof and impact resistance as BTTZ.
4) It has good rodent and ant resistance, and radiation resistance, which can ensure the stability, long lifespan, and durability of the cable.
5) NGA (BTLY) mineral-insulated flexible (isolated) cable cores operate at lower temperatures than other types of cables, resulting in low line loss and energy savings during normal operation, which are particularly suitable for applications in projects with environmental requirements. The inorganic materials widely used in cables are radiation-resistant, which can ensure the stability, long lifespan and durability of cables, and can be applied to fields such as nuclear power.
6) Explosion resistance. (Highly compacted insulating materials in cables and cable terminals installed with special sealing sleeves can prevent steam, gas and flame from entering electrical equipment connected to cables, and are therefore used in places with explosion hazards and for connecting various explosion-proof equipment and devices.)
7) The metal sheath of NGA (BTLY) mineral-insulated flexible (isolated) cables has high corrosion resistance. For most devices, additional protective measures are not required, even in areas where the metal sheath of the cable is susceptible to chemical corrosion or severe industrial pollution, because the cable is protected by a plastic outer sheath on the outermost layer, it is still safe.
8) High mechanical strength (Mineral-insulated flexible isolated cable is sturdy and durable, and can still function normally even when its diameter is deformed by one-third. Its electrical property will not be compromised even after severe mechanical damage.)
