Product Description

Cable structure:

1. Cable conductor: It is twisted with multiple strands of copper wire and has good bending characteristics.

2. Insulating layer: It is made of heat-resistant and non-combustible inorganic mineral insulation materials.

3. Copper sheath: It is made of copper, has good bending characteristics after special processing, and is used as PE wire.

Fire resistance of cable:

1. According to GB/T 1921621-2003 ‘Tests for electric cables under fire conditions--Circuit integrity’, the flame temperature of 950°C-1000°C, combustion period of 180 min is selected, and the line remains intact.

2. According to the British BS6378 standard, the flexible fire-resistant cable can meet the following requirements: Class C for fire resistance only: 950°C for 180 min; Class W for fire resistance plus water: 650°C for 15min; Class Z for fire resistance plus mechanical vibration: 950°C for 15 min (the above tests are performed on the same test sample in turn.)

Advantages of cable:

1. The fire resistance is excellent, fire resistance rating not only meets the requirements of GB/T19216.21-2003 at 1000°C for 180 min, but also meets the requirements for three tests C, W and Z specified in British BS6387:2013 (Class C for fire resistance: 950°C for 180 min, Class W for spray: 650°C for 15 min, Class Z for impact: 950°C for 15 min)
